表面憎水处理改善陶粒吸水性能的研究

摘要:
对陶粒表面进行憎水处理可以降低陶粒的吸水率,从而有利于改善轻集料混凝土的性能,试验结果表明,ZH溶液相比于常用的憎水溶液和防水涂料,能非常明显地降低页岩陶料的吸水率,并且使用简单、成本低廉,进一步的试验结果显示,以ZH溶液和G溶液复合的方式,还能有效地降低岩陶粒6h以上的吸水率。

Abstract:
The water absorption of expanded shale with hydrophobic treatment could be reduced remarkedly, which is good for improving performance of lightweight aggregate concrete. Compared with the commercial hydrophobic solutions and waterproof paints, the solution ZH has the best effect on reducing the water absorption of expanded shale. Further experimental results show that the combination of the solution ZH and G is more effective than the solution ZH to reduce the water absorption of expanded shale after 6 h or longer. It is very simple and cost worthy to use the solution ZH or the combination of solutions ZH and G to treat the expanded shale.
