摘要: |
按逐次叠加原理和正交设计理论,配制出了超细高性能灌浆水泥(microfine high performance grouting cement,简称MHPGC),对该材料组成与性能的关系进行了系统研究,并用SEM对其微观结构进行了分析,研究表明,在MHPGC中合理地掺和粉煤灰、矿渣、膨胀剂、石膏材料,能产生超叠加效应,显著提高MHPGC的强度,降低水泥熟料的用量。 |

Study on the Optimizing Components of Microfine High Performance Grouting Cement |

Abstract: |
Microfine high performance grouting cement (MHPGC) has been prepared on the material compound theory. Although microfine cement constitutes merely forty five percent of the MHPGC, its compressive strength exceeds that of microfine cement. The experiments were conducted with the composite principles and orthogonal theory in order to study the relationship between material components and properties. The microstructure was investigated by means of SEM. The results show that combination of fly ash, blast furnace slag, gypsum and expansive agents in MHPGC can improve greatly the compressive strength of the MHPGC. |
