压痕点数及解卷积法对水泥纳米压痕试验的影响

摘要:
采用K均值法与高斯混合模型对水泥净浆不同压痕点数的纳米压痕数据进行解卷积处理.结果发现:压痕点数对解卷积结果存在影响,100个压痕点数下2种解卷积方法得到的结果均较为离散,但225及以上压痕点数的解卷积结果相似度较好;K均值法虽依赖初值参数的选择,但其对数据的处理结果与高斯混合模型的拟合结果相近,因此可作为高斯混合模型的一种检验方法.

Effect of Number of Indentation Points and Deconvolution Method on Cement Nanoindentation Test

Abstract:
K means method and Gauss mixture model were used to deconvolute the nanoindentation data of cement. Comparing with the experimental results, it was found that the number of indentation points had effect on the deconvolution results. The results obtained by the two deconvolution methods at 100 points were relatively discrete, but the results of 225 points and above had good similarity and high reliability. Although the K means method relied on the selection of initial parameters, its results were similar to that of Gauss mixture model. The results of Gauss could be tested by K means.
