硅烷偶联剂改性煤矸石粉沥青胶浆路用性能及改性机理

摘要:
针对煤矸石粉会降低沥青胶浆低温抗裂性的缺点,采用硅烷偶联剂KH 550对煤矸石粉进行改性.在不同粉胶比条件下,分别制备了5种KH 550掺量(0%、05%、10%、15%、20%)的改性煤矸石粉沥青胶浆和1种石灰石矿粉沥青胶浆,研究了以上6种沥青胶浆的路用性能,分析了KH 550的改性机理.结果表明:经KH 550改性后,煤矸石粉沥青胶浆的高温性能、低温性能和黏附性均得到了明显提升,并且提升幅度随着KH 550掺量的增加而提高;经KH 550改性后,煤矸石粉表面变得更加粗糙,并且形成了更多的间隙孔,使其与沥青之间接触面积增大,交互作用增强;在煤矸石粉表面形成了1层聚硅氧烷偶联化层,提高了其与沥青的黏附力,从而明显提高了沥青胶浆的路用性能.

Road Performance and Modification Mechanism of Coal Gangue Powder Asphalt Mortar Modified with Silane Coupling Agent

Abstract:
In view of the disadvantage that coal gangue powder can reduce the crack resistance of asphalt mortar at low temperature, silane coupling agent KH 550 was used to modify coal gangue powder. Coal gangue powder asphalt mortar and limestone mine powder asphalt mortar modified with five dosages of silane coupling agent(0%,05%,10%,15%,20%)were prepared under different filler asphalt ratios. The performances of the asphalt mortars were compared and the mechanism of modification of coal gangue powder with silane coupling agent was analyzed. The results show that after modification with silane coupling agent, the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and adhesion of coal gangue powder asphalt mortar are significantly improved, and with the increase of the amount of coupling agent added, the surface of coal gangue powder becomes more rough, and more interstitial pores are formed, which results in the larger contact area between coal gangue powder and asphalt. Moreover, a polysiloxane coupling layer is formed on the surface of coal gangue powder, which improves its adhesion with asphalt, thus the road performances of the asphalt mortars are significantly improved.
