聚羧酸系减水剂(PCE)的性能提升和安全高效应用是混凝土外加剂的重要发展方向,深入理解PCE的作用机理十分必要.为此,简要回顾了PCE的静电斥力效应与空间位阻效应,总结了PCE基于空间位阻效应的构效关系研究进展,并就润湿作用、润滑作用及挤出排空效应3种可能存在的PCE作用机理进行了综述. |

To promote the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE) as well as to apply PCE safely and efficiently are important development directions of concrete admixtures. Therefore, the deep understanding on working mechanism of PCE is necessary. The electrostatic repulsion effect and steric hindrance effect of PCE were reviewed. Meanwhile, the structure activity relationship of PCE was summarized based on the steric hindrance effect. Finally, the three possible mechanisms of PCE including the effects of wetting, lubrication and depletion is proposed. |
