膨胀剂对高强灌浆料体积稳定性的影响

摘要:
研究了不同掺量及养护条件下,硫铝酸钙氧化钙膨胀剂和氧化镁膨胀剂对高强灌浆料体积稳定性的影响.结果表明:2类膨胀剂在高强灌浆体系中均能较好地体现其膨胀性能;在水分充足条件下,硫铝酸钙氧化钙类膨胀剂早期膨胀效能较为明显,优于氧化镁膨胀剂,但中后期膨胀效能不如氧化镁膨胀剂;在绝湿条件下,氧化镁膨胀剂对高强灌浆料的体积稳定性作用效果更好;根据材料使用环境,合理选择不同种类的膨胀剂,有助于提高灌浆料的体积稳定性,改善其应用效果.

Influence of Expansive Agent on the Volume Stability of High Strength Grouting Materials

Abstract:
The effects of calcium sulphoaluminate calcium oxide expansive agent and magnesia expansive agent on the volumetric stability of high strength grouting material under different dosage and curing conditions were studied. The results show that both kinds of expansive agents can all exhibit their expansive properties well in the high strength grouting system. Under the condition of adequate water, calcium sulphoaluminate calcium oxide expansive agent has more obvious early expansive effect, better than magnesia expansive agent, but its expansion efficiency is not as good as that of magnesia expansive agent in middle and late stage. Under the conditions of absolute humidity, magnesia expansive agent has a better effect on the volume stability of high strength grouting material. Depending on different curing conditions, different types of expansive agents can be selected reasonably to improve the volume stability of the grouting material and improve the application effect.
