将磨制好的水泥筛分成S(0~30μm),M(30~60μm)和L(60~160μm)这3个粒级,测试了每个粒级水泥的颗粒粒径分布和主要矿物相含量,并对其早期水化放热速率、水化产物组成及形貌进行了对比分析.结果表明:3个粒级水泥的主要矿物相含量各异,其中C3S含量大小依次为L>M>S,C2S,C3A和CaSO4·2H2O含量大小均依次为S>M>L;3个粒级水泥浆体的水化放热速率大小依次为SL>M;在水化早期,S大多水化成针棒状AFt,而M,L大多水化成凝胶状AFm和薄片状C4AH13. |

Early Hydration Performance of Three Kinds of Cement with Different Particle Sizes |

The cement sample was sieved into three grades i.e. S(030μm), M(3060μm) and L(60160μm). The aim of this work was to study the early hydration performance of the three cement samples by analyzing the particle size distribution, mineral composition, early hydration rates of the three cement samples, and the composition and profile of their early hydrates. Results show that the content of main mineral phases vary for the three cement samples. The content of C3S is in order of L>M>S, and the content of C2S, C3A and CaSO4·2H2O are all in order of S>M>L. The hydration rate of cement sample S is much faster than cement samples M and L. At early hydration period, large numbers of needle bar AFt are formed on the surface of cement sample S, while the hydration products of cement samples M and L are mainly gelatinous AFm and lamellar C4AH13. |
