厂拌热再生沥青混合料力学性能及应用研究

摘要:
通过室内试验测定了沥青路面回收料(RAP)中回收沥青的性能和集料级配;通过规划求解及马歇尔试验确定了AC 13型和AC 16型再生沥青混合料的配合比及新添沥青用量,并通过车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验和小梁低温弯曲破坏试验对其力学性能进行了评价;测试了AC 16型再生沥青混合料不同温度、不同RAP掺量(质量分数)、老化前后及添加再生剂前后的劈裂强度和抗压回弹模量,并采用万能材料试验机UTM对该混合料进行了间接拉伸疲劳试验.结果表明: 随着RAP掺量的提高,再生沥青混合料的动稳定度增大,单次冻融循环残留强度比略微增加,多次冻融循环残留强度比快速衰减,低温抗裂性变差;抗压回弹模量呈线性递增,劈裂强度在不同参数下表现出不同的规律,而疲劳寿命及其对应力的敏感度均呈下降趋势.最后,结合试验路段对上述试验结果进行了验证.

Mechanical Properties and Application Research of Hot Recycled Asphalt Mixture from Central Mixing Plant

Abstract:
Through indoor experiments, the performance of recovered asphalt and the aggregate gradation in reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) were determined. Programming solution and Marshall test were applied to determine the mix proportion and new asphalt content of different types of hot recycled asphalt mixture(AC 13 and AC 16) from central mixing plant. Additionally, mechanical properties were verified by wheel tracking test, freeze thaw split test and low temperature bending test of small beam. Splitting strength and compression rebound modulus of AC 16 were determined at different temperatures, different RAP contents(by mass), before and after repeat aging as well as before and after the addition of regeneration. The indirect tensile fatigue test was carried out by universal testing machine(UTM). The results show that with the raise of RAP contents,dynamic stability enhances, residual strength ratio of single freeze thaw cycle increases slightly but rapid decays repeatedly, crack resistance at low temperature diminishes. Compression rebound modulus rises linearly, but splitting strength shows different rules under different parameters, and fatigue life and sensitivity to stress are decreased. Finally, the laboratory test results above are verified by the road test.
