混凝土受气固两相流冲蚀损伤机理与评价研究

摘要:
采用气固两相流冲蚀试验系统对混凝土进行了风沙冲蚀损伤试验,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对其损伤表面的微观形貌进行了分析.结果表明:在低冲蚀角下,混凝土的风沙冲蚀损伤破坏表现为表面划伤破坏,在高冲蚀角下,其破坏表现为冲击压痕破碎破坏,随着下沙率的增大,其冲蚀率呈先升高后降低的趋势;提出了一种混凝土受风沙冲蚀损伤评价方法,可为混凝土的风沙防护及耐久性评价提供依据.

Damage Mechanism and Evaluation of Concrete under the Erosion of Gas Solid Two Phase Flow

Abstract:
The sand erosion on concrete was investigated by the gas solid two phase flow erosion experiment system. The surface microstructure damage was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the mechanism of sand erosion damage of concrete is surface scratch failure at low erosion angles and impact indentation crushing at high erosion angles during the concrete erosion. The concrete erosion rate is increasing and then decreasing as the falling rate of sand increase. A method for evaluating the sand blown erosion of concrete is proposed, which can provide a basis for the sand protection and durability of concrete.
