温度对泡沫混凝土性能影响

摘要:
研究了水和养护环境温度对泡沫混凝土的凝结时间、干密度、抗压强度、导热系数和内部形貌的影响.结果表明:养护温度为5~50℃时,泡沫混凝土浆料的初、终凝时间对数与养护温度呈线性关系;水温为35~40℃时,泡沫混凝土内部孔径分布均匀,连通孔少,导热系数较小,且试块具有较好的抗压强度.

Abstract:
The effects of water temperature and environment temperature on setting time, compressive strength, dry density, thermal conductivity and internal morphology of foam concrete were studied. The results show that the logarithm of setting time has linear relationship with curing temperature of foam concrete in the range of 5℃ to 50℃. When water temperature ranges from 35℃ to 40℃, foam concrete can be made with high compressive strength and low thermal conductivity, which is advantageous to the foam concrete quality and efficient production.
