高温状态沥青烟释放室内测定与影响因素分析

摘要:
基于质量法,提出了一个简单、实用的评价沥青烟释放量的方法.采用冻干技术消除水分对沥青烟测定准确性的干扰,并在5种吸附材料中优选出纯净聚丙烯纤维棉作为收集沥青烟的高性能吸附剂.根据物理吸附原理和沥青材料的特点,研发出一套集沥青烟产生、收集及排空装置于一体的沥青烟测定装置.在室内采用此装置深入研究了影响沥青烟释放量的关键因素.研究表明:沥青的搅拌速度、加热温度和加热持续时间是导致沥青烟释放量发生变化的主要因素;是否搅拌沥青、沥青油源和种类以及沥青的含水量也对沥青烟释放量产生影响.

Laboratory Measurement and Analysis of Effect Factor on Asphalt Fume under the Elevated Temperature

Abstract:
Based on the mass method, a simple and practical evaluation method of release amount of asphalt fume was put forward. The water interference to measurement accuracy of asphalt fume was eliminated by vacuum freeze drying technology. Pure polypropylene fiber cotton was preferred in five adsorption materials as superior performance adsorbent to concentrate asphalt fume. According to the principle of physical adsorption and characteristics of asphalt, a measurement equipment which combines generation device of asphalt fume, collection device of asphalt fume with emptier of asphalt fume was developed. The key factors which influence the release amount of asphalt fume were studied deeply at laboratory. It shows that mixing speed and the heating temperature and heating duration are the main factors that lead to the change of the release amount of asphalt fume; mixing or not, the different oil source and types of asphalt, the water content in asphalt all influence the release amount of asphalt fume.
