为实现不锈钢尾渣中脱水滤饼的资源化和无害化利用,对脱水滤饼进行了基本的物化试验,开展了其在道路基层材料中的应用研究.结果表明:用脱水滤饼部分替代粉煤灰,然后与粉煤灰、石灰一起进行与石灰配伍是可行的,以石灰、粉煤灰和脱水滤饼为胶结料的三灰碎石具有足够的力学强度、水稳定性及抗冻性,能够满足高速公路基层的强度要求,且施工性能良好;延迟12h后的三灰碎石抗压强度下降不超过10%. |

In order to turn the dehydration filter cake in the stainless steel tailings to be useful and harmless, the basic physical and chemical test for the filter cake were performed. The experimental research on its road performance had been done. Results show that if fly ash is partly replaced by the filter cake, the compatibility with the lime is not affected. Stabilized crush stone with lime, fly ash and dehydration filter cake as binder material has enough mechanical strength, water stability and freezing resistance, and can meet the strength requirement of highway base course. As it only drop 10% of its strength when rolled in 12h after mixing, its application property is good. |
