发泡剂利用率对泡沫混凝土性能影响研究

摘要:
研究了发泡剂掺量对泡沫混凝土的孔径、抗压强度、密度、导热系数以及发泡剂利用率等性能的影响.结果表明:发泡剂掺量(质量分数)为5%~6%时,泡沫混凝土孔径均匀,其抗压强度、密度及导热系数最佳,发泡剂利用率最大.发泡剂利用率和发泡剂最佳掺量的提出对泡沫混凝土的生产具有一定的理论指导意义.

Influence of Utilization Efficiency of Foaming Agent on Foam Concrete Performances

Abstract:
The effects of the amount of foaming agent on surface morphology and pores diameter, strength, density, thermal conductivity and utilization efficiency of foam concrete are investigated. Results show that foam concrete can get the best performance when the amount of foaming agent added in 5%6% of the total foam concrete, and the utilization efficiency of foaming agent is the best. Microscopic structure of the foam concrete and theoretical calculation are adopted to explain the result. Foaming agent utilization efficiency and the best addition amount of foaming agent have a certain theoretical guiding significance for foam concrete production.
