轻细骨料内养护混凝土抗冻融和抗盐冻性能

摘要:
采用粉煤灰陶砂和页岩陶砂为轻细骨料,研究了水灰比mw/mc为04和03,引气与非引气情况下轻细骨料内养护混凝土与普通混凝土28d抗冻融和抗盐冻性能.结果表明:当水灰比为04时,轻细骨料内养护混凝土抗冻融和抗盐冻性能明显低于普通混凝土,原因是轻细骨料内养护混凝土28d饱水度明显大于普通混凝土,但适量引气可明显提高其抗冻融和抗盐冻性能;当水灰比为03时,轻细骨料内养护混凝土抗冻融和抗盐冻性能较好,无需引气;同等条件下,轻细骨料筒压强度越高,对应混凝土抗冻融和抗盐冻性能越好.

Freeze Thaw Resistance and Salt Scaling Resistance of Internal Curing Concrete with Lightweight Fine Aggregate

Abstract:
Sintered fly ash and expanded shale were employed as lightweight fine aggregates into internal curing concrete28 day age freeze thaw resistance and salt scaling resistance of normal concrete and internal curing concrete were investigated at water cement ratios(by mass) of 03 and 04 with and without air entrainment. Experimental results show that at water cement ratio of 04, internal curing concrete with lightweight fine aggregate exhibits inferior freeze thaw resistance and salt scaling resistance than that of normal concrete. The reason is that the initial degree of saturation in the interior of internal curing concrete with lightweight fine aggregate is clearly greater than that of normal concrete. Addition of suitable amount of air entrainment can improve the freeze thaw resistance and salt scaling resistance of internal curing concrete with lightweight fine aggregate. At water cement ratio of 03, internal curing concrete with lightweight fine aggregate demonstrates strong freeze thaw resistance and salt scaling resistance without air entrainment. In the same condition, the higher the tube strength of lightweight fine aggregate, the better the corresponding freeze thaw resistance and salt scaling resistance of internal curing concrete.
