反复荷载下水泥乳化沥青砂浆力学性能试验

摘要:
采用电子万能试验机对中国铁路轨道系统(CRTS)Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)现场取样试件进行反复荷载试验,试验采用恒应变控制.结果表明:单调加载情况下CA砂浆的极限抗压强度较大,现场取样试件的极限抗压强度较室内试件大;反复荷载会造成CA砂浆损伤不断积累,从而使其承载能力达到极限承载强度后迅速下降.通过试验和参数研究,提出了CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道CA砂浆的反复荷载应力应变曲线方程,理论计算结果与试验结果吻合.

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Cement Asphalt Mortar under Cyclic Loading

Abstract:
With the electronic universal testing machine, the cyclic loading test on field sampling specimen of China railway track system(CRTS) Ⅰ slab track cement asphalt mortar(CA mortar) was conducted. All experiments were carried out in a servo controlled material testing system in which strain control was implemented. The results show that the ultimate compressive strength of CA mortar under monotonic loading is bigger than that under cyclic loading. The ultimate compressive strength of CA mortar of field sampling specimen is stronger than that of indoor specimen. And the strength of CA mortar will decline rapidly when the strength arrives to the ultimate strength because of accumulation of CA mortar damage under cyclic loading. The stress strain relationships for CRTSⅠ slab track CA mortar under cyclic loading are proposed by experimental study and analysis of parameters. The theoretical results of CA mortar are in good agreement with the experimental results.
