用垂直振动成型方法(VVCM)压实ATB 30沥青混合料来模拟现场压实工况,验证了此法的可靠性,同时对比研究了VVCM和马歇尔法对ATB 30沥青混合料物理和力学特性的影响.结果表明:VVCM试件力学强度与现场芯样的相关性高达942%,马歇尔试件的相关性不足700%;VVCM试件密度较马歇尔试件密度提高约2%,压实度提高1%,力学性能至少提高82%.证明VVCM比马歇尔法更适合评价ATB 30沥青混合料力学性能. |

A vertical vibration compaction method(VVCM) was proposed to simulate the practical compaction loading condition for ATB 30 physical and mechanical properties evaluation. The mechanical properties of ATB 30 by Marshall compaction(MC) method and VVCM are compared. It is obtained that the strength of the specimen by VVCM can reach 942% of that of the ATB 30 collected from a road construction site, while the strength of the specimen by MC method is lower than 70% of that of ATB 30 collected from a road construction site. The density of VVCM specimen is about 2% larger than that of Marshall specimen. Moreover, 1% compaction increase of ATB 30 results in at least 82% mechanical behavior increase. The results show that VVCM is a more reliable method for the ATB 30 mechanical properties evaluation. |
