土壤中微生物防渗封堵技术的试验研究

摘要:
向土体中灌注营养液可生成新的化合物,由此降低土体的渗透系数,以达到防渗封堵的效果.在实验室中向粉土和回填土中灌注马铃薯液,土壤的渗透性均有显著降低:粉土的渗透系数降低了95%,回填土的渗透系数降低了88%.试验在低于20℃的环境下进行,但微生物仍能保持足够的活性,可达到封堵效果.向出现渗漏的地下车库墙外回填土内灌注马铃薯液,回填土的渗透系数降低了95%.现场试验气温达到30℃,更有利于微生物的生长和繁殖,封堵时间短,效果更好.

Experimental Research on Microbial induced Clogging Technology in Soil

Abstract:
A certain compound will be produced in soil after nutrients were supplied, with the result that the hydraulic conductivity of the soil was decreased. In laboratory, potato soup were grouted in silty soil and backfill soil for this sake. The hydraulic conductivity of the silty soil was decreased by 95%, and the hydraulic conductivity of the backfill soil was decreased by 88%. Although the temperature of the experiment was below 20℃, the microbe had enough activity to repair leakage. The field experiment was carried out to grout potato soup into backfill soil beside the garage. The hydraulic conductivity of the backfill soil was decreased by 95%. As the temperature of the experiment reaching 30℃, the repair efficiency was showed rapidly.
