从材料复合理论出发,试验研究了聚合物与矿物助剂组成的复合助剂对建筑石膏强度、耐水性、凝结时间等性能的影响,并通过正交试验优化出了综合性能较优的复合助剂改性建筑石膏的配制参数;采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜图像分析(SEM)研究了复合助剂改性建筑石膏水化产物的形态及其分布状况.结果表明:由聚合物5010粉、白水泥、硅粉组成的复合助剂能有效改善建筑石膏的强度、黏结性和耐水性;复合助剂在石膏水化过程中一方面对结晶二水石膏的生长具有一定抑制作用,使二水石膏晶粒尺寸减小且分布更加均匀,另一方面可增加石膏水化产物中非晶相物质的含量,提高颗粒之间的胶结作用,增大石膏硬化体结构的致密性. |

Properties of Calcined Gypsum Modified byComposite Admixture and Its Hydration |

Orthogonal experiment was carried out to study the influence of polymer and mineral additives on the strength, water resistance, adhesion and setting property of calcined gypsum modified by composite admixture. The morphology and distribution of the hydraulic materials of the hydrated gypsum were analyzed by scanning electron microscope, X ray diffraction and pore structure testing. The results show that the composite admixture made of the polymer 5010, white cement and fume can improve the strength, adhesion and water resistance of calcined gypsum. The composite admixture not only decreases the size of the crystalline phase particles, but also increases the amorphous phase content and improves the compactness of hardened paste. |
