基于美国ASTM C1550标准,采用圆板试件研究了新型粗聚烯烃纤维混凝土的弯曲韧性,探讨了纤维掺量和纤维长度对纤维混凝土板能量吸收值的影响规律.通过与梁弯曲韧性试验方法的比较,发现圆板试验更加适合评价粗合成纤维混凝土的弯曲韧性.随着粗聚烯烃纤维掺量、纤维长度的增加,纤维混凝土板的能量吸收值逐渐提高.按照日本JSCE SF4韧性评价方法,掺量为6,8,11kg/m3的粗聚烯烃纤维混凝土梁的韧性指标,比相同掺量的中等弹模纤维增强混凝土分别提高了101%,68%,76%,比掺量为156kg/m3的钢纤维增强混凝土分别提高了65%,90%,138%. |

Based on the standard of ASTM C1550, test of circular plate was for the first time introduced in China to examine the effect of a new kind of macro polyolefin fiber on the flexural toughness of fiber reinforced concrete plate. Compared with the flexural toughness test of beams, it is shown that the test of circular plates is more suitable to evaluate the flexural toughness of macro synthetic fiber reinforced concrete. The energy absorbtion value increases with increase in fiber length and volume. Applying the evaluation system of Japan JSCE SF4, for the same fiber quantity 6, 8, 11kg/m3, the flexural toughness index of polyolefin fiber reinforced concrete was increased by 101%, 68%, 76% higher than that of mid elastic modular fiber respectively and 65%, 90%, 138% higher than that of 156kg/m3 steel fiber. |
