融雪抑冰材料疏水性能影响因素研究

摘要:
通过电导率测试,研究了疏水剂、偶联剂及融雪抑冰材料球磨时间对融雪抑冰材料疏水性能和沥青混合料盐分溶析的影响;采用扫描电镜观察了融雪抑冰材料的微观形貌;比较了融雪抑冰材料添加前后沥青混合料的路用性能.结果表明:疏水剂掺量(质量分数)增大,融雪抑冰材料疏水性能增强,沥青混合料盐分溶析速率减慢;偶联剂对融雪抑冰材料疏水性能影响较小,但对沥青混合料盐分溶析有一定程度的影响;融雪抑冰材料球磨时间越长,融雪抑冰材料粉体颗粒越细;融雪抑冰材料球磨时间的变化会影响到融雪抑冰材料的疏水性能和沥青混合料的盐分溶析;融雪抑冰材料粉体颗粒形状不规则,疏水剂覆盖在盐分表面上;与未掺融雪抑冰材料沥青混合料相比,掺融雪抑冰材料沥青混合料水稳定性稍高,高温稳定性和低温抗裂性略低;在降雪天气下,掺融雪抑冰材料沥青混合料具有明显的融雪抑冰效果.

Research on the Factors Influencing Hydrophobic Properties ofAnti freezing Material

Abstract:
The influences of hydrophober, coupling agent and ball milling time of anti freezing material on hydrophobic property of anti freezing material and salt releasing in asphalt mixture were investigated by conductivity measurement. The microstructure of anti freezing material was observed with SEM. In addition, the contrast studies on road performances of asphalt mixtures with or without anti freezing material were carried out. It reveals that the hydrophobic property of anti freezing material increases and the salt releasing speed in asphalt mixture reduces with increasing the use level(by mass) of hydrophober. Coupling agent has smaller influence on the hydrophobic property of anti freezing material, however,it has bigger influence on salt releasing in asphalt mixture. The ball milling time influences the fineness of anti freezing material particle which changes the hydrophobic property of anti freezing material and salt releasing in asphalt mixture. Hydrophober covers on the irregular anti freezing material particles. As compared with the asphalt mixture without anti freezing material, the water stability of asphalt mixture with anti freezing material gets better slightly, dynamic stability and low temperature flexural strain get worse slightly. In snow falling condition, the asphalt mixture with anti freezing material shows evidently the anti freezing function.
