采用原位聚合法合成了适用于水泥基材料微裂纹自修复的脲醛树脂/环氧树脂微胶囊.该胶囊球形度好、囊壁粗糙,有利于与水泥基体形成良好的结合.以咪唑类环氧树脂固化剂MC120D和液态常温固化剂四乙烯五胺(TEPA)作为环氧树脂E 51的固化剂,正丁基缩水甘油醚(BGE)作为环氧树脂E 51的稀释剂,组成修复剂体系.基于Kissinger和Crane方程对此修复剂体系进行了固化动力学分析,根据固化反应的活化能和反应级数,确定MC120D和BGE掺量分别为环氧树脂E 51质量的20%和17.5%.以高韧性PVA纤维增强砂浆为基体,分析了损伤基体中微胶囊自修复效果的影响因素. |

Urea formaldehyde/epoxy resin microcapsule prepared by in situ polymerization method for self healing of cementitious matrix crack has good sphericity, and rough morphology, which is beneficial to tightly bond to cementitious matrix. Using MC120D and tetraethylene pentamine(TEPA) as curing agents for epoxy resin E 51, butyl glycidyl ether(BGE) as diluent, the curing kinetics of the healing system was studied according to Kissinger equation and Crane equation. The proportion of MC120D and BGE is 20.0%(by mass), 17.5%(by mass) respectively was determined according to activation energy and reaction order of curing reaction. High toughness PVA fiber reinforced mortar with the microcapsule and the curing agents added was prepared and the factors influencing self healing efficiency was investigated. |
