在分析车辆荷载对沥青面层结构作用模式的基础上,设计了沥青混合料同轴剪切重复荷载试验,提出以剪切回弹模量和塑弹比为评价指标来判别沥青混合料剪切变形特性.基于3种沥青、2种级配混合料的同轴剪切重复荷载试验结果,评判剪切回弹模量与塑弹比指标的合理性,分析它们的影响因素及变化规律.结果表明:剪切回弹模量与塑弹比指标可以反映沥青混合料剪切变形黏弹性本质特征,并与混合料动稳定度存在良好的相关性;采用改性沥青、增大沥青混合料最大公称粒径、降低峰值荷载、缩短荷载周期,将提高沥青混合料剪切回弹模量、降低塑弹比. |

Based on load pattern analysis of traffic load on pavement structure, cyclic coaxial shear load test was designed and indicators including shear resilient modulus and ratio of plasticity to elasticity were proposed for evaluating shear deformation features of asphalt mixtures. Based on test results of 6 kinds of mixtures made from 3 kinds of asphalt binders and 2 kinds of aggregate gradation, rationality of both indicators were discussed, influencing factors and changing trend of the indicators were analyzed. The results show that both indicators of shear resilient modulus and ratio of plasticity to elasticity could reflect the innate character of asphalt mixtures deformation, good correlation are shown between these indicators and dynamic stability of asphalt mixture. Shear resilient modulus increases and ratio of plasticity to elasticity decreases as modified asphalt binders or larger nominal maximum aggregate size are selected for mixture design. When loading amplitude is enlarged or load cycles are increased, the changing trend of the two indicators is opposite. |
