纤维混凝土抗冻性能研究

摘要:
通过试验研究了聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维)和植物纤维(UFPP纤维)对混凝土抗冻性能的影响.结果表明:在混凝土中掺加PP和UFPP纤维均可提高混凝土的抗冻性能,并且UFPP纤维对混凝土抗冻性能的提高作用明显高于PP纤维;此外,掺0.9kg/m3纤维混凝土的抗冻性能优于未掺纤维和掺0.6kg/m3纤维混凝土.同时,研究了掺纤维混凝土孔结构对混凝土抗冻融循环能力的影响,并分析其机理.

Frost Resistance Characteristics of Fiber Concrete

Abstract:
The influence of UFPP fiber and polypropylene fiber on improvement of the frost resistance of cement concrete were studied. The results show that the frost resistance of concrete is improved by adding fiber, the frost resistance of concrete with adding UFPP fiber is better than that with adding PP fiber. At the same time, the frost resistance of concrete with adding 0.9 kg/m3 fiber is better than that of concrete with adding 0.6 kg/m3 fiber or without fiber added. Parameters of pore structure were determined. The effect of the frost resistance of cement concrete on pore structure is discussed.
