应用材料试验系统(MTS)研究了聚丙烯纤维增强水泥稳定碎石基层材料抗冲刷性能随聚丙烯纤维掺量、聚丙烯纤维长度、水泥掺量、养护龄期以及冲刷时间变化的规律,并从材料结构组成、强度理论以及断裂损伤理论三方面分析了材料的抗冲刷机理.结果表明:在10 Hz正弦交变集中荷载作用下,养护14 d聚丙烯纤维增强水泥稳定碎石基层材料20 min时的冲刷速率可用来评价其抗冲刷性能;合理配比的聚丙烯纤维增强水泥稳定碎石基层材料的抗冲刷性能较普通水泥稳定碎石基层材料提高30%以上. |
