摘要: |
用高温熔融法制备了含氟、磷Na2O-CaO-SiO2乳浊玻璃,利用紫外-可见光谱、差热分析、X线衍射、扫描电镜等测试技术分析了氟、磷复合乳浊剂对Na2O-CaO-SiO2玻璃透光率、物相组成、特征温度及力学性能的影响规律.结果表明:加入含氟、磷化合物后,Na2O-CaO-SiO2玻璃析出了不规则乳浊晶粒并使玻璃乳化;含氟、磷Na2O-CaO-SiO2乳浊玻璃外观呈磁白乳浊状,具有优越的力学性能、较高的玻璃转变温度及软化温度. |

Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2 opaque glass containing fluoride and phosphate as opacifer was prepared by melting method and the effect of the composite opacifers on the transmission,crystalline phases,glass characteristics and mechanical properties of Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2 glass were studied by using UV-Vis,DTA,XRD and SEM technologies.The results show that with the addition of fluoride and phosphate,Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2 glass crystallizes irregular grain to opalize glass.The opaque glass containing fluoride and phosphide appears o... |
