通过16个未配横向箍筋拉拔试件的拔出试验,研究了带肋钢筋和钢绞线的黏结性能.结果表明:黏结介质相同时,单根带肋钢筋的黏结强度高于单根钢绞线的黏结强度,但前者的最大滑移值远小于后者.不管是单根带肋钢筋还是单根钢绞线,其与混凝土的黏结强度和最大滑移值均大于其与水泥浆的相应值.配单根带肋钢筋试件出现钢筋拔出且试块劈裂的破坏现象;配单根钢绞线试件发生钢绞线旋转拔出的延性破坏;配3根钢绞线束试件破坏时,钢绞线束整体拔出,黏结延性较好;配6根钢绞线束试件出现钢绞线束-水泥浆-波纹管组合体拔出且混凝土劈裂的脆性破坏,滑移值很小.单根带肋钢筋和单根钢绞线的相对黏结特性系数试验值均与GB 50010—2002规范值符合较好.对钢绞线束的黏结长度给出了建议公式. |

Based on pull-out test of 16 specimens without stirrups,the bond behavior of ribbed bar and strand were investigated.Test results show that in the same bond medium,the bond strength of single ribbed bar is higher than that of single strand,however,the maximum slip value of the former is far less than that of the latter.No matter the reinforcement is single ribbed bar or single strand,the bond strength and maximum slip value between reinforcement and concrete are greater than those between reinforcement and ... |
