摘要: |
研究了纳米TiO2的改性以及改性后的纳米TiO2对PP-R树脂的力学性能、耐热性能和紫外老化性能的影响.结果表明:用6%(质量分数,下同)包膜剂进行硅铝复合包膜改性后的纳米TiO2具有较好的分散性能;与纯PP-R树脂相比,添加4%经硅铝复合包膜改性后的纳米TiO2时,纳米TiO2/PP-R树脂复合材料性能有较大提高,其热变形温度由72℃提高到92℃,断裂伸长率由45%提高到90%;纳米TiO2/PP-R树脂复合材料的力学性能、熔融温度等随紫外照射时间延长而下降的趋势明显低于纯Pp-R树脂,说明纳米TiO2可大幅提高复合材料的紫外老化性能. |
