Abstract:To improve the performance of coral aggregate cementitious grouting material, specially researching and preparing high-strength coral aggregate cementitious grouting. The effects of maximum grain size of coral sand, water-binder ratio and admixture content on the properties of coral sand cementitious grouting material were investigated. The effects of early strength agent, plastic expansion agent and post-hardening expansion agent on the vertical expansion rate curve(εv) in 48 hours were further studied. The results show that the strength of grouting material increases first and then decreases with the decrease of the maximum grain size, and the super-early retarding phenomenon is obvious. The combination of early strength agent and plastic expansion agent could realize the controllable development of εv in the super early stage. Within the scope of this study, when the maximum particle size of coral sand is 1.25mm, the water-binder ratio is 0.24, the content of ultrafine fly ash is 30%, and the content of early strength agent, plastic expansion agent and the expansion agent of HP-CSA is 1%, 0.06% and 4%, the performance of coral sand cementitious grouting material is relatively good.
