    为实现焚烧灰(SIA)资源化高效利用,本文从SIA对胶凝材料颗粒堆积状态及力学性能影响入手,结合水化热、XRD、TG-DSC、MIP、SEM-BSE等系统分析其对水化进程及微结构的影响机制.结果表明:SIA的不规则形貌和高吸水特性不利于水泥流动性能;尽管SIA粒径分布范围较宽,但可利用连续分布特点改善胶凝材料体系整体堆积密实度;适量(5%)SIA通过填充、成核、火山灰反应促进水化产物生成和孔隙结构细化,改善水泥基材料力学性能;而高掺量(30%)SIA因其多孔特性和稀释效应不利于性能发展.本研究为SIA在建材领域的应用优化提供了理论依据和数据支撑.

    Abstract:

    To realize the efficient utilization of sludge incineration ash (SIA), this study started with the influence of SIA on the particle accumulation state and mechanical properties of cementitious materials. The influence mechanism of SIA on hydration process and microstructure was analyzed by hydration heat, XRD, TG-DSC, MIP and SEM-BSE. The results show that the irregular morphology and high absorption characteristics of SIA have a negative impact on cement fluidity. Although the particle size distribution of SIA is wide, the continuous distribution characteristics can be used to improve the overall packing density of the cementitious material system. However, high content (30%) of SIA reduces the cement performance due to its porous properties and dilution effect. This study provides a theoretical basis and data support for the application optimization of SIA in building materials.
