    遵循沥青的老化机理,首先通过添加三乙氧基硅烷和异氰酸酯对老化沥青中高极性的含氧官能团去极性化,再添加生物油再生剂补充沥青老化过程中流失的轻质组分,从物理调和氢化还原的角度实现老化沥青的性能修复;通过测试不同修复方式对老化沥青性能的影响,系统评价其性能修复效果;最后借助红外光谱分析、原子力显微镜等微观测试技术,分析了老化沥青的修复机理。结果表明:适量的生物油对老化沥青具有显著的物理调和作用,可有效降低老化沥青的动力粘度,但对老化沥青的抗疲劳性及其与集料的粘附性影响甚微;而氢化还原通过降低老化沥青的极性实现了老化沥青的抗疲劳性能、低温抗裂性及其与集料的粘附性能的全方位显著提升;物理调和主要作用是通过补充轻质组分实现老化沥青的“软化”,氢化还原则是降低老化沥青分子极性,二者对于老化沥青性能修复机制截然不同,但二者协同作用对老化沥青的性能修复效果更佳。

    Abstract:

    According to the aging mechanism of asphalt, the highly polar oxygen-containing functional groups in the aged asphalt were depolarized by adding triethoxysilane and isocyanate, and then the light components lost in the aging process of asphalt were supplemented by bio-oil regenerator, and the performance of the aged asphalt was restored from the perspective of physical adding and hydrogenation reduction. By testing the influence of of these two different repair methods on the properties of aged asphalt, the performance repair effect was systematically evaluated. Finally, the repair mechanism of aged asphalt was analyzed by means of infrared spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. The results show that the appropriate amount of bio-oil has a significant physical blending effect on the aging asphalt, and can effectively reduce the dynamic viscosity of the aging asphalt, but has little effect on the fatigue resistance of the aged asphalt and the adhesion to the aggregate. While hydrogenation reduction can significantly improve the fatigue resistance, low temperature crack resistance and adhesion to aggregates of the aged asphalt by reducing the polarity of aging asphalt.? The main function of physical blending is to "soften" the aged asphalt by adding light components, while the principle of hydrogenation is to reduce the polarity of the aged asphalt molecules. These two methods have completely different repair mechanisms for the aged asphalt properties, but the synergistic effect? on the aged asphalt properties is better.
