    为了实现机制砂绿色制备,提升机制砂品质. 进行了基于离散元的机制砂粗碎、中细碎、筛分及运输工艺数值模拟,优化了机制砂绿色制备关键参数,明确了其对机制砂品质的影响规律. 结果表明:机制砂制备粗碎与中细碎阶段可通过调节破碎设备排料口尺寸提高岩石破碎效率、降低破碎能耗、优化破碎后岩石粒径分布、减小岩石对设备的磨损;而筛分阶段振动筛筛网倾斜角度宜为10°~ 15°,运输阶段运输带布置角度宜为16°. 同时,研究在大型机制骨料生产企业进行了应用,为机制砂绿色高品质制备提供了科学支撑.

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve the green preparation of manufactured sand, and improve the quality of manufactured sand. The numerical simulation of coarse crushing, medium-fine crushing, screening and transportation process based on discrete elements was carried out. The key parameters of manufactured sand preparation were optimized, and the influence rules on the quality of manufactured sand were clarified. The results showed that the rock crushing efficiency can be improved, the energy consumption can be reduced, the particle size distribution of the rock after crushing can be optimized, and the wear of the rock to the equipment can be reduced by adjusting the size of the discharge port of the crushing equipment. The tilt angle of the vibrating screen in the screening stage should be between 10 and 15 degrees, and the layout angle of the conveyer belt should be 16 degrees during the transport stage. In addition, the research has been applied in large-scale manufactured sand production enterprises, which provides scientific support for green high-quality preparation of manufactured sand.
