    基于增强碳酸盐渍土抗剪承载性能和提高废弃轮胎内聚合物纤维(RTPF)可持续利用的双需求,提出利用RTPF改良水泥固化碳酸盐渍土.通过三轴剪切试验和微观检测,探究了RTPF对固化碳酸盐渍土抗剪性能的影响规律及作用机理.结果表明:RTPF使固化碳酸盐渍土的抗剪强度先升高后降低,纤维束1%~2%和纤维丝0.1%~0.2%为最优掺量.RTPF可提高固化碳酸盐渍土的黏聚力和内摩擦角.纤维束的增韧作用高于纤维丝.分段函数可准确描述RTPF固化碳酸盐渍土的应力-应变关系.

    Abstract:

    Basing on the dual demands of enhancing the shear bearing capacity of carbonate saline soil and improving the sustainable utilization of recycled tire polymer fiber (RTPF), a method of improving cement stabilized carbonate saline soil with RTPF was proposed. Through triaxial shear tests and microscopic inspections, the influence and mechanism of RTPF on the shear strength of stabilized carbonate saline soil were investigated. The results indicate that RTPF increases and then decreases the shear strength of stabilized carbonate saline soil. The optimal proportion is 1%~2% for fiber bundles and 0.1%~0.2% for fibrils. RTPF can improve the cohesion and internal friction angle of stabilized carbonate saline soil. The toughening effect of fiber bundle is higher than that of fibrils. The piecewise function can accurately describe the stress-strain relationship of RTPF stabilized carbonate saline soil.
