    摘要:

    为使砂浆有效减裂,本文分析砂浆的开裂预测方程,从材料组成与约束层面确定了“减裂新方法”,并从理论与试验层面验证了减裂新方法在不同环境下的科学有效性;为提高减裂新方法的实用价值,探索了抹黄油润滑脂、铺塑料膜以及塑料膜间铺设3mm缓凝型净浆等减少约束的措施.结果表明:减小水胶比、减小约束度、增大砂灰比的减裂新方法可明显提升砂浆的抗裂性能;塑料膜间铺设3mm缓凝型净浆的方式可使砂浆的约束降低66%,减裂效果明显.

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively reduce the cracking of mortar, this paper analyzes the cracking prediction equation of mortar, determines the "new method of cracking reduction" from the level of material composition and constraints, and verifies the scientific effectiveness of the new method of cracking reduction in different environments from the theoretical and experimental levels. In order to improve the practical value of the new method of crack reduction, to the methods of reducing constraints, such as applying grease application, laying plastic film and wrapping 3mm retarding slurry between plastic films were explored. The results show that the new cracking reduction method of reducing the water-cement ratio, reducing the restraint degree and increasing the sand-cement ratio can significantly improve the crack resistance of mortar. The way of wrapping 3mm retarding slurry between plastic films can reduce the restraint of wooden mold mortar by 66%, and the crack reduction effect is obvious.
