Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high material cost, poor applicability and poor environmental protection of absorbent resin in the high moisture content muck improvement, the research idea of adding rice husk ash, attapulgite and nano-titanium dioxide to modify water-absorbing resin is proposed. The results show that the introduction of attapulgite expands the applicability of the high moisture content muck improvement material, and it shows good salt resistance, acid and alkali resistance, which can be applied to the free water reducing demand of high moisture content muck improvement in complex environment. The introduction of rice husk ash and nano-titanium dioxide can improve the degradation rate of the free water reducing material, and the heavy metal content of the material meets the requirements of construction land standards. The water absorption capacity of the free water reducing material in the high moisture content muck is 100g/g, which can significantly reduce the fluidity of the residue. Moreover, the free water reducing material can meet the requirements of high moisture content muck outward transportation in 10-15min.
