    为解决水泥窑协同处理城市污水污泥(MSS)过程中复杂含硫物逸出问题,采用聚合物导向自组装法及浸渍法制备负载磷钨酸(HPW)的介孔二氧化钛(TiO2)催化剂,并对催化剂进行表征.实验结果表明自组装法能获得更大的比表面积和更多的酸性位点.将介孔HPW-TiO2与MSS在水泥窑预热窑温度(200°C/260°C/320°C)下混合共处理,利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究其催化性能及反应机理.自组装法合成的催化剂表现出更高效的氧化催化性能,促进了氧气作氧化剂将芳香族和脂肪族有机硫氧化为亚砜和砜的反应.

    Abstract:

    The complex sulfur-containing compounds has become a concern during municipal sewage sludge (MSS) coprocessing in cement kiln. In this study, mesoporous titanium dioxide catalysts loaded with phosphotungstic acid (HPW) are prepared by self-assembly synthesis method and dipping method, the HPW-TiO2 catalysts was characterized by several tests. The experimental results show that the self-assembly method results in larger specific surface area and more acidic sites. The catalysts were mixed and cotreated with MSS at preheated kiln temperatures of cement kiln (200 °C/260 °C/320 °C), and the catalytic properties and reaction mechanism was measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The mesoporous HPW-TiO2 prepared by polymer-oriented method shows more effective oxidation catalytic properties for the complex sulfur-containing organic compounds in MSS. The catalysts promote the oxidation reaction of both aromatic-S and aliphatic-S in MSS at different temperatures with molecular oxygen as the oxidizing agent, the organic sulfide was converted to sulfoxide and further oxidized to sulfone.
