    采用纳米压痕试验研究了2种沥青混合料的界面过渡区(ITZ),并基于微观断裂韧度指标评价了ITZ的力学特性.结果表明:玄武岩沥青混合料ITZ的厚度为6~12 μm,石灰岩沥青混合料ITZ的厚度为10~18 μm;ITZ的力学特性与集料更为接近,沥青混合料抗开裂性能和稳定性受沥青与集料的共同影响,ITZ的断裂韧度越大,沥青混合料的抗开裂性能越好;裂缝容易在ITZ和沥青胶浆的交界处展开,特别是沥青混合料更容易在ITZ和沥青胶浆的交界处发生脆性断裂.

    Abstract:

    The interface transition zone(ITZ) of two types of asphalt mixture were studied by the nanoindentation test. The mechanical properties of ITZ were evaluated based on the fracture toughness. The results show that the thickness of the ITZ of asphalt mixture with basalt aggregate ranges from 6 to 12 μm, while the thickness of the ITZ of asphalt mixture with limestone aggregate ranges from 10 to 18 μm. The mechanical properties of the ITZ are close to those of the aggregates. The anti-cracking performance and stability of ITZ are jointly affected by asphalt and aggregates. The resistance of asphalt to cracking is improved with an increase in fracture toughness, and cracks are more likely to occur at the junction of ITZ and asphalt mastic, especially asphalt mixtures are more prone to brittle fracture at the interface between ITZ and asphalt mastic.
