    摘要:

    制备了一种无烟废旧胶粉改性沥青,研究了抑烟剂掺量对改性沥青烟气释放量及性能的影响,分析了抑烟剂的作用机理.结果表明:当抑烟剂掺量为1.0%时,改性沥青的烟气释放量由700 mg/kg降到60 mg/kg,针入度、软化点及延度变化较小,老化性能得到了改善;抑烟剂抑制了废旧胶粉的降解,使得改性沥青的初始分解温度升高,残余质量增大,热稳定性得到了提升.

    Abstract:

    A kind of smokeless waste rubber powder modified asphalt was prepared.The influence of smoke suppressant dosage on smoke emission and performance of modified asphalt was investigated. The mechanism of smoke suppressant was analyzed. The results show that smoke emission of 1.0% smoke suppressant dosage is reduced from 700 mg/kg to 60 mg/kg. The penetration, softening point and ductility changed little, and the aging performance is improved. Smoke suppressants inhibites the degradation of waste rubber powder. The initial decomposition temperature of the modified asphalt increases, the residual mass increases, and the thermal stability is improved.
