    为探究墩粗钢筋与高强钢纤维混凝土之间的黏结锚固性能,开展了32个钢筋—高强钢纤维混凝土黏结试件的拔出试验。以黏结长度、保护层厚度和钢筋类型(普通钢筋、墩粗钢筋)为试验变量,通过黏结强度、峰值滑移等研究钢筋墩粗对钢筋—高强钢纤维混凝土黏结滑移性能的影响规律。研究发现,随黏结长度增加,黏结强度降低,且黏结长度对墩粗钢筋试件的影响较普通钢筋试件更明显。提高保护层厚度可以提升黏结性能,但作用效果有限。钢筋墩粗可以有效提高钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结强度,显著降低峰值滑移,使破坏模式由混凝土劈裂破坏向钢筋拉断破坏转变。进一步地,基于试验数据,建立了黏结-滑移关系。

    Abstract:

    Thirty-two pullout tests were carried out in order to investigate the bond behavior between upsetting steel bar and high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC). Two types of steel rebar (upsetting and normal steel bar), six types of bond length (3d-6d for upsetting steel bar, 5d-8d for normal steel bar, d is the diameter of steel bar) and two types of concrete coverage thickness (2d and 4d) were considered in this study. Bond-slip relationship, failure pattern, bond strength and the corresponding slip were analyzed.It was found that the upsetting steel bar can effectively enhance the bond strength between steel bar and SFRC, significantly reduce the relative slip corresponding to the bond strength. The failure pattern was changed from concrete splitting failure to steel bar tensile failure. In addition, based on the experimental data, the empirical bond stress-slip relationship between normal/upsetting steel bar and SFRC was established and the recommended correction coefficients of anchorage length were proposed.
