    为深入研究水泥浆体中的氯离子扩散性能,更好地考虑水泥颗粒形状特征带来的影响,本文首先建立了基于非球形颗粒水化堆积的水泥浆矢量模型,通过第三方实验充分验证其可靠性后,明确了长细比对水化度和孔结构特征的影响。其次,将First-passage理论应用于所建立的水泥浆微结构模型,提出了综合考虑内、外水化层和未水化层扩散特性的布朗运动算法,并通过对比氯离子扩散试验数据对其可靠性进行了验证。最后,利用建立的布朗运动算法分析了长细比对水泥浆氯离子扩散系数的影响。本研究给出了分析水泥颗粒形状对氯离子扩散系数影响的新方法,可为混凝土耐久性设计提供一些参考。

    Abstract:

    To further study the chloride diffusion performance in cement paste and better take into account the influence of shape characteristic of cement particle, the vector model of cement paste with accumulation of hydrated imperfectly spherical particles was firstly established in this paper. After the validity of this hydration model was verified by the third-party experiment, the influence of aspect ratio on hydration degree and pore structure feature was quantified. Secondly, by applying the first-passage theory to the reconstructed microstructure model of cement paste, the Brownian motion algorithm was proposed with the diffusion characteristics of inner and outer hydration layer and unhydrated layer of the hydrated cement particle involved. By comparison of the data from chloride diffusion test, the reliability of this algorithm was demonstrated. At last, the influence of the aspect ratio of ellipsoidal cement particles on chloride diffusivity of cement paste was drawn. This study gave a new method for analyzing the shape effect of cement particle on chloride diffusivity, which could provide some reference for durability design of concrete.
