Abstract:Solid waste based high belite sulphoaluminate cement(GF HBSAC) containing CaSO4 was prepared with petroleum coke desulfurization slag, fly ash, carbide slag and low grade bauxite. Through observing the microstructure and properties of GF HBSAC by adopting research methods such as X ray fluorescence spectrometer, X ray diffusion and scanning electron microscopy, the rationality of the raw material ratio and preparation method of the cement were verified, the physical properties, mechanical properties, hydration properties and durability of the cement clinker were compared with those of commercial Grade 425 ordinary Portland cement, fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement and high belite sulphoaluminate cement, and the economic and environmental benefits of this cement clinker were further evaluated. The results show that it is feasible to prepare GF HBSAC clinker containing CaSO4 under the conditions of 1300℃, 30minutes and air cooling, and the cement clinker can be made into Grade 425 cement with excellent mechanical properties, hydration heat, shrinkage and sulfate corrosion resistance without adding gypsum, and the utilization rate of solid wastes is close to 85%, which can effectively save natural resources, such as limestone and gypsum, and reduce CO2 emissions, and facilitate the reduction and absorption of solid wastes such as petroleum coke desulfurization slag.
