    摘要:

    以无锚栓薄抹灰聚苯板外保温、钢锚栓薄抹灰聚苯板外保温和钢丝网插丝聚苯板外保温做法为计算案例,对外保温墙体的温度场进行模拟计算,根据计算结果,通过有限元方法计算高低温条件下不同外保温做法墙体各功能层的法向位移,分析不同外保温做法对结构安全性能的影响.结果表明:外墙外保温体系的法向位移主要表现为夏季膨胀,冬季收缩,其主要来源于保温层;设置钢锚栓、钢丝网等锚固构件可显著降低外保温系统墙体各功能层的法向位移,提高外保温系统的稳定性与安全性;钢丝网插丝聚苯板保温墙体面层的最大法向位移小于无锚栓薄抹灰聚苯板保温墙体和钢锚栓薄抹灰聚苯板保温墙体.

    Abstract:

    Taking the external thermal insulation method of plastered polystyrene board without anchor bolt, plastered polystyrene board with steel anchor bolt and polystyrene board with inserted steel wire mesh as the calculation cases, the temperature field of the external thermal insulation wall was calculated. According to the temperature field, the normal displacement of the wall with different external insulation methods under the condition of high and low temperature was calculated by finite element method, and the influence of different external insulation methods on the safety performance of the structure was analyzed. The results show that the normal displacement of external wall insulation system presents expansion in summer and contraction in winter, and the primarily normal displacement source is the insulation layer. The normal displacement of each functional layer of the external insulation system wall can be significantly reduced, and the stability and safety of the external insulation system can be improved as the result of setting steel anchor bolt, steel wire mesh and other reinforcement components. The maximum normal displacement of the surface layer by the polystyrene board with inserted steel wire mesh is smaller than the plastered polystyrene board with and without anchor bolt.
