    摘要:

    为提升高温液态沥青表面张力的测试精度,基于差分毛细管法,推导得到沥青表面张力计算公式,探究表面张力测试的原理、方法及影响因素.结果表明:接触角及修正高度对毛细管内半径标定影响显著,内半径标定对测试结果影响显著,建议选取内半径生产标号为010mm和020mm的毛细管差分组合进行试验;改进后的差分毛细管法对高温液态沥青表面张力的测试精度提高了247%~492%,可有效区分表面活性剂的加入及其掺量变化对高温液态沥青表面张力的影响,为高温液态沥青表面能参数的测试提供了可行的技术途径.

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the test accuracy of the surface tension of high temperature liquid asphalt binders, formula of differential capillary method was derived, and the principles, methods and influencing factors for surface tension testing were explored. Results indicate that the contact angle and corrected height have a significant effect on the inner radius measurement, and the inner radius measurement has a significant effect on the test results. It is recommended to select capillaries with nominal inner radii of 010mm and 020mm for surface tension test. The test accuracy of improved method for surface tension is increased by 247% 492%. It can effectively distinguish the effect of surfactants and its dosage change on the surface tension of high temperature liquid asphalt, and provide a feasible technical approach for the measurement of surface energy parameter of high temperature liquid asphalt binders.
