Abstract:Warm mixed crumb rubber asphalt was prepared by using EM viscosity reducer and SDYK surfactant. Dynamic shear rheometer(DSR), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and atomic force microscope(AFM) were used to study the performance of crumb rubber modified asphalt(CR)、EM viscosity reducer type warm mixed crumb rubber asphalt(CR EM)and SDYK surfactant type warm mixed crumb rubber asphalt(CR SDYK). The effects of two warm mix agents on the rheological properties of asphalt were investigated, and the relationship between micromechanical properties and macroscopic rheological properties was explored. The results show that the anti deformation ability of CR EM and CR SDYK is better than CR. Warm mix agent is mainly used for physical modification of crumb rubber modified asphalt. Adding two warm mix agents can reduce the root mean square roughness(Rq) and increase the micro Youngs modulus. The correlation between micro mechanical index(micro Youngs modulus) and macroscopic rheological properties(improved rutting factor G/sin9δ) of three kinds of asphalts is analyzed by statistical analysis software, and the two have good correlation.
