    摘要:

    首先利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析钢筋锈蚀产物的组成与含量,并据此建立锈蚀产物的微观模型;然后基于分子动力学方法,对其进行纳米压痕模拟,获得荷载位移曲线;最后计算得到锈蚀产物的弹性模量.结果表明:混凝土内钢筋锈蚀产物由4种锈蚀物质非均匀混合形成;锈蚀时间为6、9d的2组钢筋锈蚀产物的弹性模量分别为1609、1633GPa.该结果与已有文献的实测结果较为吻合.本模拟方法可作为一种确定钢筋锈蚀产物弹性模量的新手段.

    Abstract:

    Composition and content of corrosion products were analysed by X ray diffraction(XRD), and the microscopic model of corrosion products was established. Based on the molecular dynamics method, nanoindentation simulation was used to obtain the load displacement curve. The elastic modulus of the corrosion product was calculated. The results show that the corrosion products of steel bars in the concrete are formed by the heterogeneous mixing of four kinds of corrosion materials. The elastic modulus of the two groups of steel corrosion products with corrosion time of 6, 9d are 1609, 1633 GPa, respectively. The obtained result is in good agreement with the measured results in the existing literature. This simulation method can be used as a new method to determine the elastic modulus of steel corrosion products.
