塑料混凝土间黏结性能理论分析与试验研究

    摘要:

    采用新型防水材料聚丙烯作为地下粮仓结构的内衬防水层,该防水层和粮仓内壁的连接性能至关重要.提出了采用螺纹型聚丙烯棒来连接防水层与地下粮仓仓壁的技术方案,通过试验研究和理论计算,探究了螺纹型聚丙烯棒与混凝土之间的黏结性能;确定了螺纹型聚丙烯棒与混凝土之间的黏结滑移模型.结果表明:根据该模型,可以方便地确定黏结强度、相对滑移量、极限锚固长度,为进一步设计塑料混凝土构件提供理论基础.

    Abstract:

    The new waterproof material polypropylene was used as the inner waterproof layer of the underground granary structure. The connection performance of the waterproof layer and the inner wall of the grain silo is important to the waterproof system in underground granary structure. The technical scheme of connecting the waterproof layer with the underground grain silo wall by a new connector(threaded polypropylene rod) was described. The bonding performance between threaded polypropylene rod and concrete was investigated and calculated.The mathematical expression of bond strength, relative slip and length of the threaded polypropylene rod and concrete was given. The results show that according to the experimental research and mathematical expression, it is possible to determine the bond strength, relative slip and limited anchor length, which provides a theoretical basis for the further design of plastic concrete components.
