    摘要:

    对不同碳纳米管掺量的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)试件进行静载弯曲与不同应力水平下的弯曲循环加载,分析碳纳米管掺量对RPC弯曲强度和疲劳性能的影响,并对其疲劳寿命分布采用威布尔分布方程进行拟合.结果表明:一定掺量的碳纳米管能有效提升RPC弯曲强度,显著增强RPC抗疲劳性能,在碳纳米管掺量为005%时效果最好;威布尔分布方程可良好预估碳纳米管增强RPC在不同应力水平下的疲劳寿命分布.

    Abstract:

    The static loading bending tests and the cyclic loading bending tests at different stress levels were conducted on reactive powder concrete(RPC) specimens with different multi walled carbon nanotube(MWCNTs) contents, the influence of different MWCNTs contents on the bending strength and fatigue properties of RPC were analyzed, and the fatigue lives of RPC with different MWCNTs contents were fitted based on the Weibull distribution equation. It is shown that the bending strength of RPC was effectively improved and the fatigue resistance of RPC was significantly enhanced at a certain MWCNTs content, and the increase of bending strength and the fatigue resistance of RPC can be reached the peak when MWCNTs content is 005%. The life distributions of RPC at different stress levels can be predicted by Weibull distribution equation.
