    制备了不同聚酯纤维掺量(0%、030%、035%、040%、045%、050%)和不同煤矸石粉替代率(0%、25%、50%、75%、100%)的沥青混合料,开展了半圆弯曲断裂(SCB)试验,研究了不同浓度NaCl溶液侵蚀下的煤矸石粉/聚酯纤维沥青混合料抗弯性能的衰变规律.结果表明:沥青混合料的抗弯强度随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加而逐渐降低;掺加适量聚酯纤维和煤矸石粉对沥青混合料的抗弯性能有显著提高,在聚酯纤维掺量为04%和煤矸石粉替代率为50%时,沥青混合料的抗侵蚀能力最佳;沥青混合料的极限拉应力与超声波波速具有较好的相关性;可以用侵蚀损伤因子B来评价沥青混合料的抗侵蚀能力,并且随着B的增大,沥青混合料的损伤程度也加重.

    Abstract:

    Asphalt mixtures was prepared with different polyester fiber contents(0%, 030%, 035%, 040%, 045%, 050%) and different coal gangue powder replacement rates(0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). The semicircular bending fracture(SCB) test was carried out to study the decay law of coal gangue powder/polyester fiber asphalt mixture under the erosion of different concentrations of NaCl solution. The results show that the flexural strength of the asphalt mixture gradually decreases with the increase of the concentration of the NaCl solution. Adding an appropriate amount of polyester fiber and coal gangue powder can significantly improve the flexural performance of the asphalt mixture. When polyester fiber is 04% and coal gangue powder replacement rate is 50%, the anti erosion ability of asphalt mixture is the best; The ultimate tensile stress of asphalt mixture has a good correlation with ultrasonic wave speed; The erosion damage factor B can be used to evaluate asphalt mixture. The corrosion resistance of the asphalt mixture, and with the increase of B, the damage degree of the asphalt mixture also increases.
