    摘要:

    根据钢筋混凝土结构内钢筋与铁锈、水、混凝土等介质磁导率的巨大差异,组装了一种基于磁介质理论的钢筋锈蚀监测仪(MCD钢筋锈蚀监测仪),包含内埋传感器、数据采集器和电脑软件系统.通过该监测仪的标定试验得到的电压变化率与钢筋锈蚀率为良好的线性关系,可以根据线性拟合公式定量检测钢筋的锈蚀率.传感器内埋钢筋混凝土梁通电加速锈蚀试验表明:MCD钢筋锈蚀监测仪具有较高的测量精度;计算锈蚀率的时变曲线可以反映混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的动态变化.

    Abstract:

    Based on the great difference of permeability between steel reinforcement and the media such as rust, water and concrete in reinforced concrete structure, magnetic based steel corrosion detection apparatus(MCD) was assembled, including embedded sensor, data collector and computer software system. Through calibration test, the relationship between the voltage change rate measured by MCD and the corrosion rate of steel reinforcement was characterized as a good linear relationship, and the corrosion of steel reinforcement can be quantitatively detected according to the linear fitting formula. The accelerated corrosion test of reinforced concrete beams embedded with sensor showed that the MCD steel corrosion apparatus had high measurement accuracy, and the time varying curve of the corrosion rate calculated can reflect the dynamic change of steel corrosion in concrete.
