    采用加入抑烟除味剂的方法制备了一种环保型道路沥青,考察了抑烟剂、除味剂对沥青烟气排放量及臭味等级的影响,用液相色谱、热重对改性沥青的组分、失重情况进行了分析,用滴定法测定了硫醇含量,并研究了改性沥青的性能.结果表明:当苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯(SBS)、氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)2)、除味剂的质量分数分别为2.0%、0.4%、0.2%时,沥青的烟气释放量从6.0g/kg降为35g/kg,臭味等级由4级降为0级;抑烟除味剂减少了沥青中稠环芳烃的含量,降低了硫醇含量,提高了热分解温度;抑烟除味剂在沥青中分散均匀,且改性沥青的性能符合道路沥青的要求.

    Abstract:

    A smoke and smell suppressant for road asphalt was developed experimentally. The effects of smoke suppressant and odor remover on the smoke emission and odor level of asphalt were investigated. The content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,weight loss of asphalt and the content of mercaptan were analyzed by the liquid chromatography, thermogravimetric method, and titration method. The results show that the emissions of bituminous smoke decrease from 6.0g/kg to 3.5g/kg, and the odor grade changes from grade 4 to grade 0 when the SBS mass fraction is 2.0%, Mg(OH)2 is 0.4%, and the oxidant is 0.2%. The smoke suppressant and odor remover reduce the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the bitumen, the content of thiol, the smoke emission from the bitumen and the odor grade. Meanwhile, they raise the thermal decomposition temperature. The performance of modified asphalt meets the requirements for road asphalt.
