    摘要:

    对目前混凝土剪切加载传统试验技术进行论述和分析,探究其存在的不足及原因,由此设计出一种新型混凝土剪切多轴加载试验技术与设备,并通过试验验证了其优势和可行性.结果表明:混凝土剪切加载传统试验技术存在一定的弯曲效应、旋转效应和摩擦效应,最终导致不同试验技术得到的剪切强度结果相差2~3倍.通过改进试验技术、设计相应设备和试件尺寸,降低了弯曲效应、旋转效应和摩擦效应对混凝土剪切多轴加载试验结果的影响.应用本文设计的混凝土剪切多轴加载试验技术所得数据,验证了新试验技术具有一定的可行性,同时得到了混凝土剪切荷载位移全曲线,为混凝土剪切多轴力学性能研究提供了良好的试验技术.

    Abstract:

    The traditional test technology of concrete shear loading was discussed and analyzed to explore its shortcomings and causes. And a new test technology and equipment of concrete shear multiaxial loading was designed, and its advantages and feasibility through the test were verified. The results show that there are bending effect, rotation effect and friction effect in the traditional test technology of concrete shear loading, which leads to the difference of shear strength results obtained by different test technologies by 23 times. The influence of bending effect, rotation effect and friction effect on the test results of concrete shear multiaxial loading is reduced by improving the test technology and designing the corresponding equipment and specimen size. The test data obtained by the equipment of this paper verify the feasibility of the new test technology. At the same time, the shear load displacement full curve of concrete is obtained, which provides a good test technology for measurement of the mechanical properties of concrete.
